At LUVION we stand by the quality of our work. However, because our services are custom and creative, refunds are limited.
Digital Services (Web Design, SEO, Marketing & Automation, Ecommerce)

Before work commences: Full refund of any deposit paid (minus £50 administration fee) if you cancel within 14 days of paying the deposit.

After work has started: No refunds will be issued. You remain responsible for payment of work already completed or milestones reached.

Package purchases (Fundamental / Momentum): Refunds are not available once the project discovery phase has begun.
How to Request a Refund
Email us within 14 days of payment with your order reference. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
