Welcome to LUVION. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the digital services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
LUVION provides web design, SEO, digital marketing & automation, and ecommerce development services. All services are provided on a project or package basis as described on our website.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. A 50% deposit is required to commence work unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use the final website/design. We retain ownership of all source code, designs, and materials until full payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and assets. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You remain liable for fees for work already completed.
